Accessing the profile menu
Click your avatar (your initials, with your store number underneath) in the top-right corner of the header to open the profile menu.
What you'll see
The menu starts with your name and email, then lists:
Your account
My Profile - View and edit your name, phone, and licence and registration numbers. Your name is what colleagues see when they assign you an appointment, and your name and first licence number fill in the pharmacist signature on minor ailment assessments. Without a name on your profile, colleagues see your email instead. My Profile has two tabs: Profile for these details, and Notifications for your own alert preferences (see Your notification preferences).
My Work Hours - Set your default schedule and custom shifts (visible when staff schedule matching is turned on for your pharmacy)
Staff Availability - Your team's working hours (visible with the Availability Filters permission, unless head office has turned off staff schedule matching for your store)
My Capabilities - View your service qualifications (visible when staff capabilities are turned on)
Patients - Open the patient list (when you have patient access)
Store Configuration
Activities - View the pharmacy activity log
Settings - Open Pharmacy settings (requires permissions)
Release Notes - View recent portal updates and changes
Help
Help Center - Browse help articles and search for answers
Below these are:
Français (or English) - Switch the portal's language
Sign Out - Sign out of the portal

Visibility notes
Some menu items are only visible based on your pharmacy's configuration:
My Work Hours appears when Staff Schedule Matching is turned on for your pharmacy. If you don't see it, this feature hasn't been enabled for your store.
Staff Availability appears when you have the Availability Filters permission and head office has not turned off staff schedule matching for your store
My Capabilities appears when your store's capabilities switch is on and head office has not blocked staff capabilities
Settings appears when you have the Manage Pharmacy Settings permission (pharmacy managers by default, or staff with delegated access), unless head office manages every settings area
Patients appears when you have patient view permissions
