Where to find them
Notification preferences are yours, not the store's. Changing them changes the alerts you get on your account and this device; it does not change anything for your colleagues.
Open them any of these ways:
Click your avatar in the top-right corner, choose My Profile, then the Notifications tab
Click the bell in the header, then Settings at the bottom of the list
In Pharmacy settings, use the Open my notifications link at the bottom of the section list
The Notifications tab has its own address, /my-profile?tab=notifications, so you can bookmark it.
What you can change
Enable notifications - Turn your appointment alerts on or off
Time window - Only alert you about appointments within this window from now
Notification sound - Play a sound when an alert arrives
Desktop notifications - Show alerts from your browser, even when the portal is in another tab
Appointment events - Choose which events alert you: new bookings, changes, cancellations, check-ins, undone check-ins and status changes
Other alerts - Waitlist bookings, remote check-ins and low stock
Use Test sound and Test desktop notification to check your browser allows them. If a test does not appear, see the troubleshooting tips at the bottom of the tab.
Saving your changes
Changes are not saved until you click Save in the bar at the bottom of the page. Click Discard to undo them.
A dot on a tab means it has unsaved changes
You can switch between the Profile and Notifications tabs without losing unsaved changes; one Save saves both
If you try to leave the page with unsaved changes, the portal asks before you go
