Accessing Store Reports
Click Reports in the side menu. The Store Reports page loads with data for your current store. You need the View Store Reports permission.
What the page contains
Store Reports is organised top to bottom as: filters, KPIs, charts, breakdowns. Every panel reacts to the filter bar at the top; there is no Apply button.
1. Filter bar (top)
Period: Today, This Week, This Month or Custom. Today shows one Date picker; the others show Start Date and End Date.
Service Type: One service, or All Services
Associate: One pharmacist
Refresh, Export and Definitions: Reload the data, download a report, or open the definitions
Under the filters, "Last updated" shows when the data was loaded. The page refreshes on its own every few minutes.
2. KPI cards
Headline metrics for the selected period, each with a trend against the previous period:
Available Hours: Operating hours in the period not yet booked
Utilization: Booked hours as a share of operating hours
Total Bookings: Appointments dated in the period, in any status
No Shows: Appointments the patient did not attend, with the rate
Cancellations: Cancelled appointments, with the rate
Average Wait Time: Average minutes from check-in to completion
See Understanding KPIs for how each metric is calculated.
3. Bookings by Type (doughnut chart)
Distribution of appointments across service categories. Click a slice to see its services.
4. Daily Breakdown (bar chart)
Completed, no-show and cancelled appointments per day. Click a day to see its breakdown.
5. Bookings by Appointment Type
A row per service, with completed, no-show and average-time figures. Open a row to see the figures for each associate.
6. Wait Time Statistics
Minimum, average and maximum wait time, the number of measurements taken, and the trend.
7. Appointment Funnel
How appointments moved from booked to completed, with the completion rate.
8. Team Performance
A list of associates with View Details for each.
9. Patient Demographics
Age, gender, time-of-day, day-of-week, visit-frequency and services-by-age charts. Shown only when the period has at least 10 patients.
At the bottom, Reference: How Numbers Are Calculated explains every figure on the page.
Typical workflow
Pick a period: Start with "This Week" for day-to-day monitoring, or "This Month" for trend reviews
Scan the KPI row: Utilization, No Shows and Cancellations are the fastest signals of operational health
Drill into charts: Use the doughnut chart to see service mix, and the bar chart to see day-by-day patterns
Filter by service or associate: If one KPI looks off, narrow the report to isolate where it's coming from
Export: Use Export → PDF Report for the full formatted report, or a chart's own download button for one chart
Note about screenshots
Screenshots in the help articles use sample data. Your KPI tiles, charts and service names depend on what's configured for your store.
