Finding patients

Most of the time, you don't need to open the full Patients list. Use the search icon in the header (or press Ctrl + K) to look up a patient by name, phone or booking number from anywhere in the portal.

Opening the full patients page

The Patients page is not in the side menu. Here's how to get to it:

  • Profile Menu: Click your avatar (top right) and choose Patients. This item appears only if you have permission to view patient profiles.

  • Phone: Use Patients in the bottom bar or in the menu drawer.

  • Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + P opens the Patients page directly.

The page opens on the Preparation tab (vaccine stock preparation). Open the Patient List tab to see the list.

  • Total Patients: Patients with appointments at this pharmacy (it reads Matching Patients while filters are on)

  • Today's Appointments: Appointments booked for today

  • This Week: Appointments from now until the end of Saturday

  • Upcoming Total: All upcoming appointments

The appointment counts leave out cancelled and no-show appointments.

Search and filters

  • Date Type and dates: By appointment date or date of birth

  • Service Type: Filter by service

The table lists the appointment history at this pharmacy. Each row shows:

  • Date of Birth

  • Age / Sex

  • Phone

  • Email

  • Services: The services booked, with a count

  • Next Appointment

  • Actions: View Profile (the eye icon)

Quick actions from the patients page

  • Search for specific patients

  • Filter by date or service type

  • Click a row or View Profile to open the patient's profile

The patient's profile has a New Appointment button, and View Full Kroll Profile when the patient is linked to Kroll. Edit the patient's details there (see Editing Patient Information).
