Available views

The Appointments calendar offers three views:

  • Day: Detailed hourly planning for a single day

  • Week: Overview of the entire week

  • Month: Long-term planning and patterns

The page remembers the last view you used.

Beside the calendar, the list panel lists the same appointments. Show or hide it with the list icon in the header, and show or hide the calendar with the calendar icon.

How to switch views

  1. Find the Day, Week and Month buttons in the page header

  2. Click one

  • Appointments sized by duration

  • Best for: Regular daily operations

Month view

Shows a monthly calendar:

  • Up to three appointments per day, as the time and the patient's first name, then "+N more"

  • Click any day to open it in Day view

  • Best for: Identifying busy periods and availability

List panel

  • Grouped by date in Week and Month view

  • Shows the first 30 appointments; click View All N Appointments for the rest
