Login process
The portal uses a secure PharmaGuide sign-in page.
Step 1: Click Sign in
On the portal's sign-in page (https://rx.phoxbook.ca), click Sign in. The button reads "Redirecting…" while the sign-in page opens.
Step 2: Enter your credentials
You are taken to the sign-in page
Enter your PharmaGuide email and password
Complete multi-factor authentication if you are asked to
Step 3: Redirect back
After you sign in, you return to the page you were trying to open. If there was none, you land on the Dashboard.
Tip: If you are still signed in from an earlier visit in the same browser, you may go straight in without entering your password again.
After successful login
Your store comes from the access your pharmacy manager or head office gave you. If you have access to more than one store, choose one from the store selector in the header (see Working at a Different Store).
If your account has no store yet, you see No pharmacy assigned: "Your account isn't linked to a pharmacy yet. Ask your pharmacy manager or head office to add you to a pharmacy, then sign in again." Once you have been added, click Check again.
Login failed?
If sign-in fails:
Check your credentials: make sure your email and password are correct
Forgot your password? Use the reset link on the sign-in page, or contact PharmaGuide support
Check your network: make sure you have internet connectivity
Ask for access: if you sign in but see No pharmacy assigned, your pharmacy manager or head office must add you to the pharmacy
Security notes
After 15 minutes without activity (your organization may set a different time), a Session Expiring warning appears 2 minutes before you are signed out. Click Continue session to stay signed in.
After a session ends, the sign-in page shows "Your session ended. Sign in again to continue."
Always sign out when you finish, especially on shared computers
Never share your sign-in details
Need help?
Contact your pharmacy manager if you cannot get access to your store, or PharmaGuide support at support@pharmaguide.ca for sign-in problems.
