The store you're signed into is shown as a small badge on your avatar in the top-right corner (for example, 3000). All dashboards, appointments, patients, and reports you see are for this store only.

If you have access to more than one store, click the store name in the header. The Select Pharmacy dialog lists your stores, with a search box. Pick a store, and the portal reloads on that store's Dashboard.

Switching always lands on the Dashboard, never on the page you were viewing. Patient profiles, appointment details and other pages are tied to the store they were opened in, so the same page cannot be carried over to a different store.

If you only have access to one store, the header shows its name and you cannot click it. Store access comes only from what your pharmacy manager or head office grants you. To work in another store, ask them to give you access to it; it then appears in the store selector.

If you're a floater or relief pharmacist covering a shift at a different store, head office can grant you temporary store access. While it is in effect, the covered store appears in your store selector for the approved dates. Select it there.

In development builds only, a Role Switcher appears next to the header actions. This lets you temporarily switch the role you're viewing as (e.g., Pharmacy Manager → Staff Pharmacist) for testing. It does not switch stores.

Contact your pharmacy manager or head office to be given access to another store (for example, as a floater or relief pharmacist).
