The MedsCheck Dashboard helps you manage, review, and update medication checks efficiently. This guide walks you through the key features and actions you can perform within the dashboard.

Accessing Completed MedsChecks

  1. Navigate to the "Completed" Tab:

    • Go to the MedsCheck Dashboard.

    • Click on the "Completed" tab.

  2. View Completed MedsChecks:

    • Here you will find all the MedsChecks that have been completed.

    • Each entry displays the submission date.

  3. Search for Patients:

    • Use the search bar to find specific patients.

    • All completed MedsChecks for the searched patient will appear.

  4. Download a MedsCheck:

    • Locate the desired MedsCheck.

    • Click the cloud icon with the downward arrow to download the document.

  5. Amend a MedsCheck:

    • Click the pencil icon next to the MedsCheck you want to amend.

    • Make the necessary changes.

    • Resubmit to generate an updated document.

  6. Duplicate a MedsCheck:

    • Click the page icon next to the MedsCheck you want to duplicate.

    • This will copy the information to a new MedsCheck.

    • Proceed with the follow-up process without starting from scratch.

Identifying MedsCheck Candidates

  1. Navigate to the "Candidates" Tab:

    • Click on the "Candidates" tab.

  2. View Due Patients:

    • This section lists all patients who are due for MedsChecks.

  3. View Patient Medications and History:

    • Click the arrow next to a patient’s name to expand their details.

    • You will see the medications they are taking and the dates of their previous MedsChecks.

  4. Start a New MedsCheck:

    • Click the "New MedsCheck" button next to the patient’s name.

    • If you have already searched for a patient, simply click the MedsCheck button next to their name.

Managing In-Progress MedsChecks

  1. Navigate to the "In Progress" Tab:

    • Click on the "In Progress" tab.

  2. View Ongoing MedsChecks:

    • This section shows all the MedsChecks that are currently being conducted.

    • Each entry displays the last date it was saved.

  3. Edit an In-Progress MedsCheck:

    • Click the pencil icon next to the MedsCheck you want to edit.

    • Make the necessary changes and save.

  4. Delete an In-Progress MedsCheck:

    • Click the trash icon next to the MedsCheck you want to delete.
