The Generic Order feature in Phox allows you to automatically generate orders for the exact medications and quantities needed while maximizing your commercial terms. Follow these steps to efficiently use the Generic Order feature:

Step 1: Access the Generic Order Feature

  1. Log in to Phox: Use your credentials to log in to the Phox platform.

  2. Navigate to Generic Order: From the main dashboard, locate and click on the ‘Order’ and then the 'Generic Order' tab.

Step 2: Select Medications

  1. View Available Medications: The Generic Order page displays a table with all available medications.

  2. Select All or Specific Medications:

    • To select all medications, click on the 'Select All' checkbox.

    • To choose specific medications, manually check the boxes next to the desired medications.

Step 3: Filter Medications

  1. Filter by Manufacturer: Use the 'Table Options' filter to display medications from specific manufacturers.

  2. Set Order Duration: Specify the number of days you would like to order for by entering the desired duration in the appropriate field.

  3. Clear Filters: To reset any filters, click the 'Clear' button.

Step 4: Search for Specific Molecules

  1. Use the Search Bar: Enter the name of the specific molecule you are looking for in the search bar to quickly find it.

Step 5: Review and Adjust Order Quantities

  1. Automatic Ordering: The table automatically orders molecules based on their usage.

  2. Predicted Quantities: The quantity of each molecule required is accurately predicted to help synchronize your orders.

  3. Adjust Quantities if Necessary: If needed, manually adjust the quantities for each molecule.

Step 6: Configure Table View

  1. Increase Medications per Page: Select the desired number of rows per page to view more medications.

  2. Navigate Pages: Use the 'Next Page' button to view additional sets of medications.

Step 7: Proceed to Next Steps

  1. Click Next: Once you have selected and reviewed your medications, click the 'Next' button to proceed.

Step 8: Confirm Order Details

  1. Select Company and Commercial Terms: Confirm which company and commercial terms you would like to order under.

  2. Review Recommended Packs: Phox will recommend the number of packs to order based on the required quantity and available pack size.

  3. Check Total Cost: The total cost and expected commercial terms are automatically calculated.

Step 9: Finalize and Download Order

  1. Review Your Order: Ensure all details are correct and you are satisfied with the order.

  2. Click Download Order: Click the 'Download Order' button to finalize and generate an order for each manufacturer.

  • Regular Updates: Keep your Rate Setup tab updated to ensure accurate rate calculations.

  • Frequent Checks: Regularly review your order settings and filters to align with your inventory needs.
