The Live LU Audit provides a daily review of LU codes built, identifying prescriptions at risk of clawback, allowing you to address them promptly. This guide will help you understand how to use the LU flag filter to manage and review LU codes effectively.

Accessing Live LU Audit

  1. Log in to the Platform

    • Navigate to the PharmaGuide platform and log in with your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Live LU Audit Section

    • From the dashboard, select the "LU Audit" and “Live Audit” option from the main menu.

Using the LU Flag Filter

  1. Open the LU Flag Filter

    • Click on the filter icon located at the top of the LU Audit table.

  2. Filter by Status

    • Valid (Green): Low risk of clawback.

    • Invalid (Red): High risk of clawback.

    • Documentation Needed (Yellow): Moderate risk of clawback.

  3. Filter by Type

    • Audited LU Codes: Select this option to view only the LU codes that have been audited.

    • All LU Codes Built: Select this option to view all LU codes, regardless of their audit status.

      Reviewing LU Codes

  1. Select the Date

    • Choose the date you want to review by using the date picker tool at the top of the LU Audit section.

  2. Search Specific Criteria

    • Use the search bar to filter by specific criteria such as:

      • Prescription number

      • LU code

      • Patient name

      • DIN (Drug Identification Number)

  3. Interpreting the LU Audit Table

    • Green: Indicates valid billings with a low risk of clawback.

    • Yellow: Indicates that documentation is needed, with a moderate risk of clawback.

    • Red: Indicates invalid billings with a high risk of clawback.

  4. Review the LU Code Details

    • Click on any LU code in the table to review the reason for the flag.

    • A detailed view will open, showing the reason for the flag and possible actions to prevent potential clawbacks.

  1. Stay Updated

    • New LU codes will be added regularly. Ensure to review and manage these updates promptly to maintain compliance and minimize the risk of clawback.
