Step 1: Accessing the Service Reports
Log in to your PharmaGuide account.
Navigate to the Sales section from the main dashboard.
Select Services from the available options.
Step 2: Selecting Date Ranges
Locate the date picker at the top of the service reports page.
Click on the date picker to open the calendar view.
Select your desired date range by clicking on the start and end dates.
The report will automatically update to reflect the selected date range.
Step 3: Using the Phox Filter
Click on the Phox filter button to access additional filter options and settings.
Choose your filters based on criteria such as service type, location, or provider.
Apply the filters to refine the report data.
To reset all filters and date ranges to default settings, click the Reset Filters button.
Step 4: Interpreting the Data
Review the quick snapshot of the total monthly revenue generated from pharmaceutical services displayed at the top of the report.
Scroll down to see detailed information on:
The number of services performed.
The revenue generated from each service.
Trends over the selected date range.
Step 5: Analyzing Service Performance
Identify which services are being performed at your location.
Analyze how much revenue each service is generating.
Use this information to:
Understand how services are affecting your bottom line.
Identify opportunities to expand services to improve care and increase revenue.
Step 6: Exporting and Sharing Reports
If you need to share the report, click the Download Report button to download the report in your preferred format (e.g., PDF, Excel).
