The Daily Live View provides a real-time snapshot of your pharmacy's operations, allowing you to monitor key metrics and manage daily tasks efficiently.

Navigating the Daily Live View

  • Phox Date Picker: Use this feature to select a specific date quickly.

  • Arrow Buttons: Navigate between different days using the arrow buttons.

Key Metrics Displayed

  1. Number of Prescriptions Billed: Total prescriptions processed.

  2. Daily Revenue: Total income generated from prescriptions.

  3. Daily Profit: Net profit for the day.

  4. Profit Percentage: The percentage of revenue that is profit.

  5. Prescription List (Sorted by Least Profit): Shows prescriptions with the least profit first. Negative profit values indicate a loss.

Interpreting Negative Profit

A negative sign in the profit column indicates a loss on that prescription. This may occur due to:

  • Excessive fee waivers.

  • Incorrect drug costs entered in the system.

  • Incorrect insurance payments.

  • Data entry errors.

Such prescriptions should be reviewed to ensure accuracy.

Additional Features

  • Quantities Dispensed: Clicking on this shows the amount of each medication dispensed, aiding in reordering stock at the end of each day.

  • Mixtures Section: Displays any compounds prepared on that day.

Daily Operations Monitoring

  • Easily switch between different days to monitor and ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Review and correct any discrepancies to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

This knowledge base ensures you have a clear understanding of how to utilize the Daily Live View for effective pharmacy management.
