  • Use the Search Feature: The search feature is typically located at the top of the page. Look for it upon arrival.

  • Enter Patient Details: In the search bar, input the patient's first and last name to find their records accurately.

  • Execute the Search: After entering the patient's details, click on the search button to start your search.

2. Access the Patient's Profile

  • Find the Correct Patient: Scan through the search results to find the right patient.

  • Open the Patient's Profile: Click on the patient's name to open their full profile, where you can access more detailed information.
