The Logger Feature is an essential tool for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of various operational activities. This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to effectively use the Logger Feature for daily and monthly log entries, including temperature checks, cleaning logs, equipment calibration, and report reviews. Daily Use of Logger Feature

1. Access Logger:

- Navigate to the top right corner of your page.

- Locate the checklist icon and click on it to open the Logger feature.

2. Auto-Filled Information:

- The date, time, and your username will automatically populate based on the current session and user information upon opening.

3. Logging Fridge Temperatures:

- Enter the current, minimum, and maximum fridge temperatures in the designated fields.

- Click the “X” icon to mark the temperature check as reset; it will change to a green check mark, indicating the reset is active.

4. Cleaning Log:

- Log cleaning activities for the pharmacy's floors, counters, and equipment following the same steps.

- Ensure all areas are cleaned before logging the information.

5. Saving Entries

- Click the “Save” button located below the input fields to save your entries.

6. Review Logs:

- Click on “Dashboards,” found under the hubs panel on the left side of the page, and select “Logs” to view all created log entries.

Monthly Use of Logger Feature

1. Access Logger:

- Click the checklist icon at the top right corner to open the Logger, similar to daily access.

2. Switch to Monthly Log:

- Change the log setting from daily to monthly.

3. Logging Equipment and Reports:

- Log calibration of equipment like scales and methadone dispensing pumps.

- Review incident/near miss reports and narcotic sales records, toggling the status to indicate completion.

4. Saving Monthly Entries:

- Click the “Save” button below the input fields to save your monthly log entries.

5. Review Monthly Logs:

- Access the “Dashboards” and “Logs” as described in the daily process to review monthly log entries.

Printing/Downloading Reports

1. Access Logs:

- Navigate to “Dashboards” under “Hubs” and select “Logs” to locate the desired type of log report.

2. Download Report:

- Click the “Download Report” button, usually depicted by a cloud with a downward arrow, to start the download.

3. Locate Downloaded File:

- The log will automatically download to your device. Find the Excel file in your downloads folder, typically named after the log type and date range.

4. Review and Print Log:

- Open the file to review the logs. For printing, access the File menu in your spreadsheet application, select Print, and adjust settings as needed.
