This step is not shown on the store setup card for now. Linking appointments to your dispensing system is turned on by Head Office, store by store, and is off unless Head Office has turned it on for your store.

With a PhoxHub connection (or a Kroll connection through PartnerLink), PHOXBook can find an appointment's patient in your dispensing system (Kroll, Fillware or PharmaClik), show their profile from it and link the two. The connection only reads from your dispensing system; PHOXBook never writes to it.

Bookings work without it, so this step is optional and does not count toward the total.

PharmaGuide sets up the connection, together with the PhoxHub software on a computer at your store. It cannot be set up from the pharmacy portal. Contact your PharmaGuide contact to ask for it.

A connection on its own does not turn linking on. Once your store is connected, ask head office to turn patient linking on for it. Patient Linking then appears in the side menu. A Kroll (PartnerLink) store also gets Workflow Queue, and a store with both connections sees Patient Linking (PhoxHub) for the PhoxHub one.
