Frequently asked questions
Can I work outside store hours?
Partly. The time pickers for your default schedule and custom shifts stay within the store's hours. Store hours warnings themselves are informational, so you can still save time off outside store hours.
What happens if I add time off on a day with appointments?
The form warns you with the dates that have appointments. When you save, the Appointments Without Coverage dialog lists any appointments left without cover, so you can keep them or cancel them and notify the patients. The time off is saved either way.
Do my preferences persist?
Yes. Your selected mode (My Schedule or Manage Work Hours), view (Week or Month), and entry mode (Default Schedule, Custom Shifts or Multi-Week Grid) are all saved locally and persist between visits.
