Is My Work Hours available in your store?

Heads up: My Work Hours is a pharmacy-level feature that must be turned on for your store before it appears in your profile menu. If you don't see My Work Hours under your avatar, this feature has not been turned on for your pharmacy and you cannot manage shifts or hours from the portal.

Ask your Pharmacy Manager. They can turn on Staff Schedule Matching in Pharmacy settings → Availability filters (under Advanced), unless head office has turned it off for your store.

How to open My Work Hours (when turned on)

Click your avatar in the top-right corner, then select My Work Hours. You can also click the My Work Hours card on the Dashboard; until the feature is turned on, that card leaves you on the Dashboard.

What is My Work Hours?

The My Work Hours page is your personal schedule management hub. It lets you set your default weekly pattern, add custom shifts for specific dates, add time off, and view your upcoming schedule at a glance.

Page layout

The page has two modes, chosen with the toggle at the top:

  • My Schedule: View your upcoming shifts, time off and appointments in a Week or Month calendar

  • Manage Work Hours: Under Schedule Setup, choose one of:

    • Default Schedule: your typical weekly pattern

    • Custom Shifts: shifts for specific dates

    • Multi-Week Grid: a 2, 3 or 4 week grid ("Multi-Week Schedule") where you set each day's shift blocks, with defaults you can apply to all days. Saving replaces your hours on each day you turned on

Your choices are remembered between visits.

Header bar

The header always shows:

  • Weekly total hours (for example, 40h/week)

  • Upcoming shifts count

  • Time off count

  • Add Time Off button: opens the time-off dialog from anywhere

  • Help icon: links to this guide

Getting started

  1. Open My Work Hours from your profile menu or the Dashboard card

  2. Switch to Manage Work Hours

  3. Set your Default Schedule (your typical weekly pattern)

  4. Switch to My Schedule to see how your week and month look

  5. Add Custom Shifts when your schedule changes for specific dates
