What is the waitlist?
The Waitlist lets you track patients who want a service that your pharmacy offers as waitlist-only, for example a vaccine you are waiting for stock of. When doses or times open up, you notify the patients in order and they book.
Accessing the waitlist
Click Waitlist in the side menu, or press Ctrl + Shift + W (in Chrome and Edge that key closes the window, so use the side menu there). You need the View Waitlist Appointments permission. The page is titled Waitlist Management.
