Introduction

This guide covers the administrative features of PHOX Chat, including user management, team organization, and subscription management.

Profile Management

Accessing Profile Settings

Access the profile settings by clicking on your profile icon at the top right of the window:

The profile menu provides access to user-specific settings and administrative controls.

User Profile Overview

View and manage individual user settings and preferences.

Team Management

Teams Dashboard

Access the teams dashboard to manage all team-related functions. This includes managing users and assigning them to teams.

Team Activity Feed

Monitor team activity and usage patterns.

Teams Overview

View and manage all teams in your organization. Each team has a set number of licenses. You can assign users to each team up to the limit of licenses for that team.

Team Details

Access detailed team settings and configurations. This includes the team name, description, and users who belong to that team.

User Management

Adding New Users

Start the process of adding new users to your organization. You can immediately assign new users a role and a team. Most users will have the regular 'User' role, while the administrator(s) will have the 'Admin' role.

Set appropriate permission levels and roles for new users.
