Offboarding and Cancellation Process

To initiate the cancellation of your subscription, please send a formal request to support@pharmaguide.ca.


Once we receive your request, we will begin processing it. This typically takes 2–3 business days. The effective cancellation date will be the date your email is received, unless you specify a different future date in your message.


If there are any charges incurred between your request and the official cancellation date, those will be refunded in full.


Please note that after cancellation:

  • All access to PHOX modules and features will be revoked

  • All your data will be permanently deleted, including:

    • Personal information (e.g., credit card details)

    • Records, forms, and entries created through the PHOX system

The deletion process follows industry-standard data destruction protocols to ensure all information is securely and permanently removed.
