When you want to book appointments for patients, start by heading to your Bookings tab. This is your central hub where you can:

  • View your current bookings

  • Access booking history

  • Manage consent forms

  • Review administration records

All these features are conveniently available in one place. Plus, you can download or upload these records whenever needed.

Scheduling Appointments for Returning Patients

Let’s say a patient wants to schedule another appointment—perhaps for a vaccine or a medication review. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Click Add Booking.

  1. If the patient has used PharmaBook before, their information will autofill automatically.

  2. Quickly set up their next appointment. For example, you can schedule a MedsCheck for next week with just a few clicks.

  3. Confirm the details and finalize the booking.

Scheduling Appointments for First-Time Users

If the patient hasn’t used PharmaBook before, don’t worry. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Click Add Booking.

  1. Enter the patient’s:

    • First and last name

    • Email address

    • Date of birth

  2. Select the service they need (e.g., vaccine, MedsCheck).

  3. Choose the appointment time.

  4. Hit Book to finalize the process.

You can even complete this process while speaking with the patient on the phone.

Patient Consent and Login Process

Once the booking is made:

  • The patient will receive an email prompting them to submit their consent form. They can complete this from the comfort of their home before the appointment.

  • For first-time users, the process is simple:

    • They’ll enter their email address and receive a one-time code to log in.

  • Returning patients will already know the drill and can log in seamlessly.
