Customizing Your Pharmacy Information

  1. Click on the ‘Pharmacy Information’ tab.

    • Here, you can view and customize your pharmacy details.

    • Initially, these fields are automatically filled in from your Google Places or Google Maps profile, so we recommend reviewing and adjusting any details you'd like to change.

  1. Set the services you offer.

    • Scroll to the bottom of the tab to select the services your pharmacy provides.

    • These services appear in our searchable directory, allowing patients or others nearby to find you.

    • Services may include options like vaccine appointments, specific languages spoken, or other offerings.

Setting Up Availability

  1. Navigate to the ‘Availability Management’ tab.

    • This section allows you to control your availability for each service.

    • You can create specific time slots, such as a morning and afternoon session, to accommodate breaks or varied hours on different days.

  2. Adding additional time slots:

    • Need multiple slots in a single day?

      • Simply duplicate an existing time slot.

      • Adjust the times as needed.

    • For example: If you want a break in the afternoon, set two slots—one for the morning and one for later in the day.

Customizing Booking and Services

  1. Control available services:

    • Still in the ‘Availability Management’ tab, you can manage what types of services patients can book, such as specific vaccines or other appointments.

    • A list of common vaccines is provided, and you can add more if needed.

  2. Set advanced booking options:

    • At the bottom of this tab, configure advanced settings like:

      • Booking window: How far in advance patients can schedule appointments (e.g., 30 days).

      • Seasonal restrictions: Limit booking to specific months for seasonal services.

      • Minimum notice time: Set a buffer, like requiring 24 hours' notice before an appointment.

Managing Exceptions and Special Days

  1. Adjust availability for specific days:

    • For holidays, closures, or other circumstances, you can mark specific days as unavailable:

      • Select the day and adjust availability to reflect closures or modified hours.

  2. Set buffer times:

    • To prevent back-to-back bookings, set a buffer time between appointments.

    • Alternatively, you can allow appointments to be scheduled immediately after one another if preferred.

Next Steps

Once you've set up your pharmacy information, services, and availability:

  • Save your changes.

  • Patients will now be able to view your services and book appointments based on your availability.
